National Day of Pornography Declared Unconstitutional

Oops. It was "The National Day of  Prayer" that was declared unconstitutional by a Federal District Court Judge. My bad. Read about it on the Volokh Conspiracy.   In 2005 I published a review essay in the Chapman Law Review on the history of church-state separation, "Gimme That Ol' Time Separation," which you can read here.
